Please ensure that all rooms and/or doors are unlocked for delivery and all food tables are made ready for setup. Standard set-up includes all necessary serving utensils, presentation equipment and linen for the food stations at no charge.
We will coordinate the rental and delivery of any equipment over and above standard set-up requirements. China and crockery service is available for no additional charge, based upon availability of supplies. Rental charges may be incurred otherwise. There is a minimum of 72 hours notice for rental requirements.
Equipment and decor belonging to the Student Centre are to be left in the room where the event has taken place. We reserve the right to charge for any missing flowers, linen and damaged or missing equipment. Any foods that have not been consumed by the end of the event will not be accepted for refund. Beverage is charged based on consumption.
Both foods and beverages remaining after the event will be removed unless otherwise directed. Service staffs are available to assist at your event for an hourly charge of $12.00 per hour, for a minimum of four hours. Catering Chefs are available for a charge of $40 per hours for a minimum of 2 hours. Technical staffs are available and are charged on an hourly basis, for a minimum of three hours.
